I started my journey in the accommodations business in 2016, driven by a passion for hospitality and creating unique experiences for guests. Over the years, I have built and managed properties that offer comfort, style, and personalized touches, ensuring every guest feels at home. My focus has always been on providing exceptional service, maintaining high standards, and continuously improving the guest experience. This dedication has allowed me to grow my business steadily, establishing a reputation for quality and reliability in the accommodations industry.

PROJECTS
While running my business in the accommodations industry, I took on a significant project where I remodeled three buildings in Istanbul, which together house 25 properties. This venture was a key milestone in expanding my business and improving the quality of accommodations available. By transforming these buildings, I was able to create spaces that offer modern, comfortable living arrangements for guests, while preserving the essence of the locations. These remodeled properties have become an integral part of my portfolio, helping to meet the growing demand for quality short-term rentals in Istanbul.
2023
US CAREER
In 2023, I made the exciting decision to move to Miami to further expand my business. Currently, I am managing a multi-family house with 6 units, providing a range of accommodations for tenants. Additionally, I completed another successful remodeling project in Tampa, adding to my growing portfolio of renovated properties. This expansion has allowed me to diversify and continue building on my passion for property management and development.
