Galata Studio x 3

I successfully completed a remodeling project on a 4-story building with a total structure area of 800 square feet. Originally, each level consisted of a single studio apartment. I reconfigured three of the floors to create two separate units on each: a two-bedroom apartment and a small studio. Additionally, I added a large studio on the ground floor and another studio on the rooftop level. This transformation maximized the use of space, increased the number of rentable units, and significantly boosted the building’s value, showcasing my expertise in optimizing multi-family properties.
